Delivery Information
Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges vary depending on the products you have ordered and your delivery destination, this is calculated in the shopping basket when you 'checkout'.
UK Delivery Charges - One set of Pads / Shoes is charged at £2.50 with a supliment of £1.50 for each additional set. Deliveries are made by the Royal Mail 'First Class' and 'Recorded Delivery' services depending on the items ordered. If your delivery charge exceeds £5 this will be sent on a 'Signed-For' service. We often send more expensive items (£25+) by 'Recorded Delivery'.
European Deliveries - One set of Pads / Shoes is charged at £5.50 with a supliment of £1.50 for each additional set. Deliveries are made by the Royal Mail 'International Signed Delivery Service'.
Outside UK & Europe - One set of Pads / Shoes is charged at £8.50 with a supliment of £1.50 for each additional set. Deliveries are made by the Royal Mail 'International Signed Delivery Service'.
Delivery Times
We try our best to keep all items in stock, and in most cases we are able to dispatch your order on the day of purchase. We urge you to contact us prior to ordering should nextday delivery be absolutely necessary. Should an item on your order be out of stock we would contact you to inform you exactly when you'll receive it.

Privacy Policy
We only collect information when you order an item from the site, enter a competition or subscribe to our mailing list. In these cases you will be asked to complete some or all of your personal details, credit card details and delivery details. These details are passed to our accounts system via a secure server and not available to any other parties other than our Payment Solution Provider - PayPoint, who will not use your details for any reason other than processing your order. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Most areas where we collect information will have an opt-out option, so you can ensure that you do not receive any further information from us. If there is no opt out option (e.g. the secure order form) then you can safely assume you will not be added to our mailing list. We only send emails to customers who choose to receive them. We never pass your information on to any 3rd parties.
We do not send random emails and you will always have the option to be removed from our mailing list.
